What is the turn-around time?

24-48 hours
Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. I also accept CashApp, checks and/or cash.
How far will you drive to pick up laundry?

I live in Hot Springs, Arkansas and will drive 25 miles out from my house.
Do you guarantee to get stains out?

I will do my best to get any stains out, but I cannot guarantee. If you know an item has a stain you may put it in a separate bag with a note for special attention.
Do you sort/fold family clothes by person?

I will do my best to fold and sort clothes by each family member to make it easier to take out of the laundry bags by person.
Do you sort laundry?

I will sort your laundry into colors, white, towels, etc. This is when I will look for stains and also check pockets for items you may have forgotten to take out.
What detergent do you use?

I have an assortment of different laundry detergents and softeners from scent free/free & gentle to different scented detergents/softeners. I even have baby detergent if needed. I want to cater to my clients so if you have allergies or want a certain scent to your clothes I can provide that for you.
Do you fold all clothes or will you hang clothes?

All clothes/laundry will be folded unless you prefer some items hung. I want to accommodate your needs/wants.
Do you accept special instructions?

I want to know what you are wanting and expecting so, yes, I want to talk about any special instructions you may have or want.
Do you do bedding, blankets, undergarments, and shoes?

Yes! I will do comforters, washable rugs, sheets, blankets, coats, undergarments and shoes.
Do I have to have a contract?

No contracts; just as needed.
Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, $35.
How do you bill me?

Your invoice can be texted or emailed to you. I can also leave your invoice in the side pocket of your laundry bag once it's returned.
Do you have gift cards?

Yes, and what a great gift idea!
How do I get one of your laundry bags?

Bags will be provided with return of your first service. I will pick up your laundry the first time in one of your bags or a kitchen bag, but please no hampers or baskets. The laundry bags must be completely closed and secure for your safety and protection of your laundry.
Can you text me updates of my laundry?

Absolutely. I will text you when I pick up, when I have completed folding, and when I will drop off (if you would like to know).
Where do I leave my laundry?

You may leave your laundry on your front porch or back porch if you prefer.
What if the weather is bad (raining) and it is my drop off day?

I can either reschedule your drop off or I will make sure you are home in order to drop your laundry back off to you.
Who is doing my laundry?

I do the laundry myself! - Jill
What if I have a soiled item(s)?

Soiled clothes (bodily fluids, chemicals, or garbage) are unable to be laundered and will be returned unwashed.
